"Didn’t really notice a difference"
I gave this to my older dog for about a month, and I don’t know, I just didn’t see much of a change. Maybe it works better for other dogs or needs more time, but for us it didn’t really seem to do what I was hoping. Shipping was totally fine though.

It wasn’t awful or anything, but the ingredients just came across as low quality to me. The whole thing also had this kind of impersonal, no-real-person-behind-it feel, which made the experience a little less appealing.

"Arrived in Better Shape Than Most Pet Orders"
My order from The Pet Health and Nutrition Center arrived in really good shape. Compared to a few other pet supply packages I’ve gotten in the past, this one was packed much better. The box wasn’t smashed, nothing was leaking, and everything inside was wrapped securely. I always get a little nervous ordering pet stuff online because it can arrive messy or damaged, but this came clean and exactly how it should. No complaints from me, I’d definitely order again.

In the end, it just feels like a site I can trust for my pets. I’ve ordered from them a couple of times now, and both experiences were really straightforward. The site was easy to use, the emails showed up when expected, and I never had to chase anything down.

"Order was kinda messed up"
I ordered a few supplements for my dog, and one of the bottles showed up in the wrong size. On top of that, another item was straight-up missing, so I had to email them and wait around for a fix.
They did get back to me, but it took a bit of back and forth to finally sort it out. Not the end of the world, but i figured they’d double-check the order better before shipping it out...

"My dog finally seems like himself again"
My dog has been itching a lot less and has way more energy now, which has been such a relief. I was a little unsure at first because changes didn’t happen overnight, but to be fair, nothing ever really does with this stuff. Overall, I’m just happy to see him feeling better.

"Pretty easy to use overall"
I found what I needed on pethealthandnutritioncenter.com quickly. The menus were straightforward, and the product pages had most of the info I was looking for without making me click around a bunch. Checkout was simple too and went through without any issues. I do wish some of the instructions were a little clearer in places, but overall it was nice using a pet site that didn’t feel confusing.
